How to Raise a Complaint

A bright, finished bathroom with a walk-in shower in a Houston home

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Speedtennessee Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Speedtennessee Remodeling went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a snag, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. To be clear, Speedtennessee Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@speedtennessee.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Once we have a picture, we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
